we had a wonderful stay at the urban. the location was ideal for our needs, and despite being on a busy highway, our room was quiet since we faced away from the road. the room was stylish, complete with a comfy king bed, a nice couch, and great amenities. we really enjoyed the café downstairs, where breakfast was tasty and well-priced, with options like avocado on sourdough that we couldn’t get enough of. overall, the hotel offered great value and a relaxing environment.
Nothing really bad, just a slow check-out 💨.

They gave us an urban king room with a touch of humour in the guest compendium as well as a shower.

I was kinda surprised by the value I got for my money, especially with such a nice room that was clean and well-presented.
The breakfast experience could be improved by including coffee and tea in the buffet price.

A lovely little and reasonably priced hotel, my first choice in St Leonards. Neat place & knowledgeable staff on check-out. Unbeatable, excellent location to the StLeonard's train station. Next to North Shore, NSW, the wonderful' in house' cafe and the beautiful harbour.

Refurbished room with a comfortable bed, but I experienced noise disturbances during my stay. Breakfast at the cafe was excellent, particularly their eggs benedict.

Al fresco restaurant on the premises is good.

The Urban King room features a comfortable setup with stylish decor that gives off a lively yet relaxed vibe. Room layout is well-thought-out.
Annoying noises from slamming doors could ruin your night, especially if you're located on level 2. The balcony offered small space with no furniture. Lack of complimentary snacks in the room was like a missed opportunity, particularly when the cafe wasn't open during check-in.

The exceptional friendly greeting (young lady). Every staff member I approached by phone or in person was friendly and helpful. I needed breakfast at short notice due to being unwell and it was delivered within 10 mins! Fantastic effort. Thank you everyone

The staff at the café were friendly and provided great coffee and service throughout my stay.
I faced repeated issues with the room keys not working, leading to multiple trips back to reception which was very frustrating.

The room set up was excellent. Plus we finally had some well cooked bacon with breakfast. Just about every hotel we have stayed in previously has horrible bacon and it is a real sticking point for my husband as bizarre as that sounds.
Nothing, it was convienet to where we needed to be, plenty of parking etc

We thought the accommodation was great. As the hotel is built on a hill we had a beautiful view out of our balcony room. Also our balcony room was very quiet. The hotel itself is relatively new and very modern.
All the pillows were too high - they did not have lower pillows in the rooms.

An urban king room has basic facilities you need. Handy location in general, friendly efficient and brilliantly helpful staff on check-out. The atmosphere of the hotel is charming.
